Faunsdale, AL | When you get this diet going, take samples and send to lab for mineral analysis. Then buy the mineral you need. I expect you may not want a high phosphorus (phosphorus % is equal to calcium %) mineral, usually when feeding grain mixes you need some excess calcium unless you have some alfalfa in there somewhere. Whatever you wind up with on phosphorus, you need at least 1.5 or better 2 times that concentration of calcium. Also calcium is cheap while phosphorus is more expensive.
