Rob the bi products you are looking at are from corn and soybeans. They will not change your meat. The best thing that freezer meat has is the way it is aged. Most meat people buy in a store is aged in a box or even chemically aged. Eddie has offered some good points here. At 50 % you need to watch your cattle more closely for problems that may occur with high sulfur.
