I really don't know how to answer question but The feed sales mans says the last 60 days need to feed more energy which in my case will be corn. That should make the meat tast the same as always, Hope so cause I sell freezer beef also. The ddgs should not change the tast because you can use it for protein in your feed ration with corn.
You have asked a very good question. At this point by feeding corn the last 60 days I am not concerd.
