I would have to disagree with you Mark, there's ten times the amount of Simmental breeders than Hereford breeders in the prairies & lots of larger breeding herds as well. Take the Llyoldminster area, lots of Fullblood bulls being used & most of them on Hereford based cows.  Definately a lot of Angus out there, maybe more so in SK than MB. I'm not sure about total registered bulls per year, but no doubt that Simmentals & Angus are in the same ball park. After those two, most likely Herefords & Chars.
