Subject: Char. cattle?

Why do you not see more Charolais in the US? Black Angus seem too be the cattle of choice. Why is this.
Here in Canada Charolais is one of the most popular breed. We have some black Angus, but for us the CharX cattle are the best gainers. The packers and feeders pay top $ for CharX cattle.
