Cellulosic Ethanol is a farse. IMO. but what do I know. Corn based ethanol should get(should have gotten) the support that the grant writers and the gov't are giving cellulosic ethanol and there wouldn't have been the bankruptcys a couple years ago. But thats what our gov't wanted consolidation in the hand of big oil.
