On the CME cheese is back down to $1.40 lbs . Which is $13.00 cwt milk. Must be the 2 buyers on the CME need lower priced cheese for the holidays. $13.00 milk and $6.00 corn does not add up. If there is surplus cheese where is it coming from? Cheesemakers from up here in Wisconsin are out looking for milk.
