Listening to Market to Market this week, the comment was made that "small crops get smaller" as we go through harvest. Also that corn yields on average "while not a disaster are disappointing". Makes me wonder why this was not picked up earlier by things such as the "Profarmer tour" etc. Was there that much weather etc between the tour and now to cause this change from the record yields predicted? Jim at Dawn I thought the options recommendations on their Market Plus program sounded like something producers should consider.
