E.Central MN | I'm not opposed to buying houses as an investment. Like auctions of everything else sometimes you can pick up some real bargains in a depressed economy. But it takes a lot more attention than just driving by once or twice a year and looking at the property tax statement. Maybe this is the year that farm commodities have taken their shift to a new long-term price level which will make the high land prices seem like a bargain .....how many times have we heard that? | |
