sw ontario | --we are getting fliers now in our mailbox of realtors having buyers for land...so if didn't have a son farming I think those rents would entice me alot..and farm equip't sales are "hot"...but what do I know , I just got a used pkp. that cost me $500 more than I paid for a square flat 40 acres in 1975...if you have the cash and are long term investor it is always OK eventually ,,,just don't buy it on your net worth statement...like Dr. Kohl used too say , don't confuse your net worth with your self worth | |
