remsen, iowa nw iowa | i have rental property in nw iowa. i have been extremely lucky in the renters i have had. after doing the roof and siding and replacing the furnace and acouple of hot water heaters, i dont see where rental properties are that attractive. maybe some of you have a better handle on things but would say over the years it has been about a break even deal. and the windows will be the next thing! d7 | |
