I think 6000 dollar ground that could be 2500 dollar ground in 5 years is not risk free. Yeah, I agree that houses are a PITA when it comes to upkeep, and that no way would renters treat it like owners, but the ground underneath is what can bring the dollar. One can insure houses like one does crops. Buying things at all time highs don't sit well with me. Gold and land are there. Will probly go up in short term, but I worry about 20 years from now. Just a thought, time will tell. |
