Effingham, IL | Regulations are my biggest fear. Between EPA and animal welfare issues I think we will be importing more meat, eggs, and milk. The funny thing is then the consumer will have less control than now. It blows my mind that some large livestock farms have employees soley dedicated to environmental issues. I just want be a good steward of my farming operation and let big brother worry about important issues! Craig | |
