C IL | Cornstalk - consider this: If you have 99 red balls and 1 yellow ball, what is the chance that you will pick a red ball from the basket? As you continue to remove balls from the basket, (likely a red ball), there are fewer red balls remaining relative to the single yellow ball. After a while, you will have a much greater chance of picking the yellow ball from the basket.
