Elwynn thinks we have a better chance for a drought because it has been so long since we had a major one. He thinks every year we go without one the chances of us having one are better. IMO this isn't true. Its kind of like flipping a coin. If it comes up heads 20 times in a row, the chances of it being heads the 21st time are still 50/50.
