Ben, if I did not clip my pastures would be overrun with thistles very quickly. I have heard that cattle will eat thistles but mine prefer grass. Glad to hear you are trying grazing corn but make sure it is mature before grazing. I also will no longer let any pregnant females nor a bull in corn. It is for animals being harvested only.
