Columbia City, Indiana | I actually just picked one up I had processed exactly like this, but he didn't weigh that much, he hung 606. I got 249 pounds of hamburger and I'm going to guess about 60# of assorted steaks. I counted the hamburger as I boxed it but I just put the steaks in one box without counting. But the box they filled was about the same size as the hamburger boxes, and I had 60# in each full box of burger. | |
