North End I-15 | funded by increased taxes on consumers using Green Power will fill the bill.
The oil field around here was beneficiary of funds from the "Super Fund" . They did a bunch of environmental clean up of old drilling sights , sumps etc. left behind from the boom days .
Of course you helped pay for that in increased taxes on petroleum products .
