SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | On a rented farm they needed to run over some corn to get to a spot to do soil testing. It was about a 1/3rd of an acre and they are paying me $450. At that rate they can run over the whole field!!. So far they haven't come my way on owned land, I am about 1 mile from the next set of towers. They (enxco)can put up about 5 towers on my land if they want at the payment rate they are offering its a no brainer.
I'm hoping about the time I retire :)Then I can be almost as rich as Irv :) | |
