Subject: Wondering if it will

North End I-15
do the same to the land based ones . We are dry country here to start with .
Perhaps the turbulence may pull the much needed moisture from the surrounding down wind crop.

We need a Government Grant of several hundred million to study "Induced Vortex Evaporation "
and the resulting drying and "desertification" of prime farm land .

Each State Land Grant , Ag School would be eligible for funding for doctorate students from now to eternity or death of the wind mills.

And of course once a program is in place , no sun set law to repeal funding . So as time goes on the funds would be used for retreats to non desert areas to study why they did not "decertify "

Life is good , Government is Good , Taxes are good , Universal Health Care is good , Wind power is good .......
and Grean is Great ! :>) ( TIC = Toungue in cheek )
