| A little slow getting pics put up. It was probably the best year we have had in a long time for efficiency. Everyone stayed in and got the work done. Had all 11 killed and hung by 11:30 on Saturday and all processed and wrapped by 1:30 on Sunday. The smoked meats were taken in on Monday moring and the cracklins done by early afternoon.
Anyone need some lard???????
