Yes the Mexicans is what I hated about Ottumwa. I lived in house that had two apartments upstairs and one big apartment downstairs.. I lived upstairs and had a Mexican family downstairs, and some skater punks across the hall...Let me tell you I would much rather live next to the skater punks then the Mexicans. I have some friends that live out west of town, It's pretty nice out that way.
