| They did get the roads fixed. Hwy 99 is the one you refer to from Wapallo to Oakville. That section went under again this spring, but not too bad and Oakville was spared. I know that Tri Oak was milling feed again 2 weeks to the day after the water went down. The rest of the town is still pretty much a washout. The Apostolic church is still in town doing housework for people. Not sure of the % that left and will never come back.
