I think your about my age and I remember Ottumwa being much nicer when I was younger. Now Cargill has overflowed the place with Mexican's and the town has really gone downhill fast. As of a couple years ago Wapello county had the fastest growing hispanic population in the country per capita and it really shows. Have a cousin who used to be a cop there and his wife is still a teacher there and the town has lots of problems.
