sw ontario | --rule of thumb is when you have plumbing,furanace,drywall-plaster on you are 1/2 way there--bricks-cabinets,trims,ect will cost as much as rest.....have built 2 stick homes but if I was going to build another one I would do a lot of open houses and get builder too copy one at set price...not uncommon for house too run $50k over budget,,and then landscaping,decks,ect...I would line up $140-150 sq. in financing or cash ahead of time...permits here alone--building,plumbing,electrical,sewage,drive way,ect. would be about $17,000 on a 2,000 sq' home | |
