| 2170SF 1 floor ranch with 3 car garage, 1300sf hardwood floor, 3 bedroom, full basement (not finished), $20000 of custom cabinets, all new appliances except stove, new office furniture for $135/sf. I've seen quite a few modular houses and some were a lot nicer than others, but not one that can compare in quality to the stick built that we built for not very much money difference. The same plumber that did our house also did the plumbing on a modular just a few miles away from us during the same summer and he told the promised "easy plumbing hook ups" were about $9500 more than these people were expecting for cost. | |
