| A friend of mine was talking to a guy that had quite a bit of rental property. He said the guy learned to excuse himself when he was showing a place to someone, he fakes a phone call that he needs to take, he then goes out an looks the renter's car over. He said the guy doesn't care if is an old car he mostly looking at how the inside looks. If it is full of crap that's way they will probably take care of his house. He said the guy said his method has worked well for him. | |
