NCIN | I have one and made it as simple as I could. I found a couple that wanted to move to the country and be closer to her parents. Parents have lived in the area for 25+ years. They mow everything around the buildings and house. My mower and their gas but hey, they keep it mowed. They have sometimes been a few days late with rent but they pay cash and cash is always good and so far it is all paid. I have them pay $100 per month towards the heating bill (co-op won't put it in their name) and when the bill comes there is $$ there to pay it and they don't have to come up with big dollars all at once. We do have a written agreement about some of the issues that could come up but so far so good. I want them to be happy because I don't want them moving out and having to find someone new. | |
