my wife loves her granite countertop ,she bakes and cooks alot and the dough she rolls out on the top stays cooler and is much better to work with then , doesnt have to worry about putting hot pots and pans on it , does not wear like her last counter top , never heard of sealing a polished granite top as hers is but another family member has a dull unfinished top that is suppose to be in style now and it can hardly be used because it does soak up other liquids and stains ,
