We looked at granite but went with quartz for our kitchen. It was cheaper, does not to be sealed frequently and is more stain resistant. Just did not see anything made now days in formica that we liked the look of. We do have other counter tops in the bathrooms that are a different stuff that work well and look good. Just think the look of the quartz fits nice with the kitchen.
When was Formica not good enough?
