I have a 2023 car. Book called for trans flush and change the filter at 7,500 miles, as the book says to do. Not the oil change at this time, just a flush and filter change.
I had the flush and filter change at 7,881 miles.
Book says next trans service at 22,500 do a flush, filter and replace the trans oil.
Called a service manage at the dealer I bought car. I currently have 21,500 mile. Owners manual says to do an flush,filter and oil change at 22,500 miles.
Service manager said it is to soon. Because I had a filter change at 7,881 miles I need to add the 7,881 + 22,500 = 30,381 miles before I have this service done.
What ??? Is this normal ?
