I did pretty much the same last year. I finally got my 200 A + wire dug in in November. I thought 200 was overkill, and still probably is, but in late December I got a deal on a small used bin, so now I am going to run electric from the new shop panel, to a bin about 50 ft from shop. 2 2-3HP motors on bin.
