Run your 4/0 quadplex in a 2” conduit and an empty 2” conduit right beside it. 200amp is a minimum today but I don’t build anything without a way of increasing that if I need to.
100 years ago there were still buildings built without provisions for electricity. We wouldn’t dream of that now. I wouldn’t be surprised if 200a wasn’t enough in another 100 years
