I would assume 100 amp is way enough for what you describe.You could run a decent sized conduit and when the day comes when(if) plans change ,,just pull the bigger wire.If it ever happens and many here post of making things very costly for the "IF ".You know more than others on the future of your life.Cost of the bigger conduit is not cheap either.Im not sure on your area but the economical way would be direct burial of what we call trailer cable here.Which is a 4 wire aluminum often used here for mobile home sites.
