In my opinion, electrical consumption peaked 40-50 years ago. Led's draw a tiny fraction of the power of old bulbs, inverter welders use a fraction of the power of transformer welders, battery tools have replaced air compressors. You're probably not going to pull 4/0 wire if the time ever comes that you need it without digging up both ends and the middle, so might as well spend the money then if it gets there. 60A or 100A direct burial is probably a good balance, but not much more for 150 or 200 if that's what you want.
