We put 200 amp service into a new shop/shed last fall. 220 feet I think. We used 250 aluminum, in 2-1/2” conduit. We rented a puller to get the wire pulled through and needed it, it pulled pretty hard. 3” conduit was a good bit more expensive, but I think I might pay for it next time. I did have 360 degrees of bends, the max allowed. If you could get down to a straight run with a 90 up at each end, I think the 2-1/2” would be plenty.
