Southern Indiana | Well I’m far from debt free. I’m not scared to borrow money by any means but I feel like I know when to pursue and when to bow out… Still owe roughly 500k between a 26 and the 52. Only have 20k principal left on the 26 acres but I really need to get that cleared up and a down payment for the next farm… I live on 2 acres out of a 40 acre square.. An elderly couple still owns the 38 and I’d love to own it… Literally look at it every day… So there will be other better options… | |
