Without stepping foot on the tillable acres and knowing the local market I can't tell ya on the tillable acres, but the Trees and "Rec" ground will bring whatever a city deer hunter are willing to pay, which tends to a lot.
The Doctors and Lawyers come from the cities looking for their own little piece of hunting paradise. Could range from 4-6,000/acre "Here"
