Definitely some money in this county and in the Amish settlement just north of here.. Was able to buy the last farm at auction with some investors and big operators in the room, but I have my home paid for, no equipment or auto loans and a very good day job that allowed me to seal the deal and have the down payment in my account.. There’s hope for the little guys yet!
