WC IA | My first thought was there must be more to this story. It just seems so mindbogglingly unbelievable. Was a valve left open and a hose broke further down the line? Was there theft or sabotage involved? There wasn't containment in the area which hardly matters because no containment is going to hold 265,000 gallons. No one smelled anything in the area? Been shaking my head since I heard about this. We will all pay the price for it. | |
