The local coop’s ag-center backside looks much like this one. Bordered by a small creek. Guessing the chemical shed is maybe 6,000 square feet, the dry Fert building is twice that size. Both are within 100-150 feet of that creek. I’ve wondered for years why this was located there. The runoff from a fire in either building will be tragic.
