I hit a fellow years ago with a 2 ton truck.Almost dark , Dark clothing,  walking on the fog line of a narrow highway just over a hill. stuck his arm out to hitch a ride. caught his shoulder.  Higher than a kite .  got hit  by the clamp for the stack retriever   on the shoulder .  He was lucky and just did a couple of flips into the ditch. Some people were getting out of there car at the bar seen it happen, 3 flips.  So out of it that all he ended up with is a bruise
