| The union heads hated the 90 day help,because they came and went,,,,I worked with alot of guys that did carpentry for their regular jobs and did well as temp help during the winter.The construction guys were used to being on their feet for 8-12 hours and pulled their weight
during the winter most people were willing to work but when summer rolled around there were guys that called in sick on Saturdays regularly.Had a friend that worked 2nd shift that had to use his vacation to see his kids play football,basketball,,he was low man in seniority and had no choice
