When I worked at a Tyson plant up your way as a manager after college one of the things that surprised me most was that they would even produce product for a direct competitor provided the product wasn't something proprietary because it made sense to do it, logistically, under contract. The label room was kinda nuts when you realized how many different brands were just a different sticker on a package.
