Heard just the opposite on Barn Talk the other day. China is going to be buying more pork (not necessarily from the US) rather than pay their producers subsidies to grow it.
But I'm wondering if we might be planning on shipping more pork out of the country to be processed under less stringent rules, then shipped back in to consumers.
