She kept South Dakota open for business, and stood and took the flak for it while dozens of other governors just toed the Fauci line.   If you live in South Dakota and weren't leaving, you simply have no clue how much worse it was other places.   

And while it is, at least for the moment, canceled, one of these carbon pipelines was slated to cross four properties I farm- so I've got some skin in the game of this discussion.
