Yes threshold is the correct term. I think I would try working with it. I'm thinking using a small threshold value will inform the system you wish it to work with the Valve response 2 (makes minor moves) more of the time.

I tried a real off the wall project one time to have a LPCM module connect to a Raven Injection control module. Seems like I got it to work but had to use an extremely small Threshold value of .3 or something that small to keep the Ag Leader system working in the "Low range".

I think I would try a smaller threshold number first (I may have that backwards) and keep the 100% and 24% values. Then if it still seems to overshoot, I might reduce the Valve response #2 to less than 24%. If you get it too low, it might not move the control valve at all so I would go about that process gradually.
