Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I agree on the end play possibly being too great.

I remember when I first started working with Raven products for a local dealer. This was a long time ago. I attended a Raven Tech class at Sioux Falls.

One young presenter showed using a straight edge to set the adjustment nut for the turbine. Later the older more experienced presenter just took an assembled flow meter and shook it by his ear. He said that was the easy way to determine the right amount of "slop". No noise - too tight, Lots of noise - too loose. A slight click - just right. I have used the shake and listen approach ever since.
