| I am sure Missouri is different than here. Here the guys have cows that can access the real steep stuff. The grass doesn't get very long so either it doesn't grow much or gets grazed.
Now that I think about it, we have some ground with cat steps on it and I saw cows grazing it.
I don't know about cows for brush control. IN the 70's when it was real dry they would eat the tree leaves and even some brush. I think most of the brush died from them walking on it to get to the trees though.
