| I think motherlover was making a general comment on the amount budgeted for equipment on that FarmDoc report. Just responded to the wrong post.
As far as irrigation well depth…most of the wells around my area are 150-200 feet
I’m sure this part of the world has a higher average rainfall, but I wouldn’t be so quick to assume the soils are superior. There’s a reason we need pivots to ensure a crop. | |
